Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers all around the world.

Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped directly from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time cannot be guaranteed. You may return your order for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, plus an additional day for shipping preparation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because items are shipped from Hong Kong, delivery typically takes:

  • Australia: 10–20 business days

  • International: 15–30 business days
    Delays can occur due to high demand, customs, or postal services.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices are in US Dollars and do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are your responsibility and may be collected when your order arrives in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Contact us immediately at info@speedtrendz.com. Include your order number and photos of the item(s). We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, it may take 7–10 business days for the bank to post the refund. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you do not see the credit.
